Steve Kilgannon

Born and raised in Sonoma County, Steve grew up with a hammer in his hand. His first project dates back when he was building his first livestock barn to house his cattle, sheep and hogs he raised for local 4-H project. He was lucky to know his passion at an early age and strived to build as much as he could since then.

Having over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Steve has managed all types of Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects. Successfully working and completing all types of jobs including estate residences, wineries, wine caves, churches, hotels, resorts, class A office buildings, country clubs, multi-residential projects, tenant improvements and equestrian facilities. Steve’s success also includes both LEED and Build It Green projects.

His passion and dedication for each and every project speaks through his clients. Steve graduated from the University of Arizona with an Economics and Business Management degree, and then moved back to Sonoma County where continued his education in Construction Management at Sonoma State University.
